To make these yummy Savoury Brunch Scones, you'll need:
- 1 Bag of Plain Mother Hubbard's Scone Mix
- 250 ml water
- 1/2 - 1 cup of diced, cooked bacon or pancetta (drained and cooled
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups of your favourite cheddar cheese, grated.
If making individual sized scones:
Prepare scone dough as per instructions on the label, adding in the the above ingredients last.
Cut the dough into 12 equal portions, roughly shape each into a round ball.
