A delicious start to a bran new day!
A bran muffin loaded with raisins, dates, coconut, sunflower seeds and wheat bran.
Minimum Yield: 12 standard sized muffins.
Set your oven at 400°F.
Pour the contents of both packages into a large bowl and gradually add 300ml of water. Mix until well blended. For best results, let the batter stand for 15 minutes and then spoon it into 12 equal portions of a dozen muffin tin. Bake for 20-24 minutes in a pre-heated oven. Let them cool and enjoy.
May contain nuts, sesame seeds.
