
Instructions: Empty the contents of One Package of Dry Mix to mixing bowl and add 200 ml of water. Add ½ to 2/3 cup of your favourite sweet or savoury ingredients (may be necessary to reduce water slightly depending on moisture of ingredients added). Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir together until cohesive, it may be necessary to lightly knead dough, be gentle if using delicate fruit such as berries. On a lightly floured surface, press or roll dough to a thickness of about 1 inch. Form into a strip and cut with cookie cutter or into circles and slice into wedges (or use a trigger ice cream scoop for easiest and most consistent portioning). Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20-22 minutes.
