An updated classic, seasonal favourite from kitchens of yore. White chocolate anyone?
Old fashioned, chewy cookies with spices, molasses and white Belgium chocolate.

Minimum yield: 18 large cookies.
Set oven to 380°F.
Add contents of package into a large bowl, stir to combine ingredients and add 5 tablespoons of water. Mix for one minute until evenly incorporated and stiff dough forms. If mixing by hand, it may be necessary to knead dough lightly in bowl until well blended. Mound dough into 18 equal portions and place them on parchment lined baking sheets. Sprinkle tops with sugar if desired. Bake for about 14-16 minutes.
May contain nuts, sesame seeds.
